Deal tons of KB (question)

So, I've been in some servers where people butterfly click (I think) and the amount of KB they deal to me is freaking weird, I autoclick 20 cps, but even with the 0.6 multiplier I get pushed away (a lot) I play on Lunar and some EU servers where most of the people has 130ms, how can I deal this amount of KB?

Your KB decreases by 0.6 whenever you hit someone (I autoclick 20) I don't wanna sound like a smart ass, I don't know how to explain it sorry

You probably aren’t sprint resetting (block hitting, wtapping, etc)
