config for main without getting banned or staffed

what settings should i use for backtrack, legit scaffold and reach? I´m 120 ms
also my aimassist is bugged and speed 30 does aim only a little bit and anything below doesnt work any fixes?
edit: should i use antibot on my main i only use aimassist no ka

Turn on antibot advanced, there's no reason to not have it on, don't use backtrack with reach. If you're only using reach and scaffold then
Reach - 3.15-2.5
Scaffold- go as low as you can go without blocks vanishing, start with 60-100 increase if blocks vanish
