Blockhitting

I've been trying to find out how to blockhit with autoclicker. Has anyone had success with any settings? I don't use the blockhit module itself because for some reason it doesnt work for me.

Just to be safe I just use 3.1-3.4 but other people tend to be more blatant. Just go to the settings forums for more insight
