I've tested what manthe told me on a stricter anti cheat and I've proven it isn't true. If you're so unsure about that I can send proof.
A client that selectively spoofed ping worked perfectly so it did compensate properly, selective ping spoofing still can be detectable but right now isn't as most anti cheats will overlook the small ping spike.
Either way I'm not sure about the future of back track, both modes are detectable as any anti cheat which detects selective ping spoofing will as well detect reach at pretty much any values.
