Is there a way to toggle autoblock while killaura is on? Like, if I’m 1v1ing someone, I don’t want to use autoblock, but when I’m in a team fight, autoblock becomes really helpful. Any way to toggle autoblock while Killaura (which is the actual module) is on?

If you mean like a hotkey or something, I don't think so
There is actually a very tricky way to achieve this.
You can create two profile that are exactly the same except that one has autoblock on and the other one has it off. Then you can shift+click both profile and set them to the same hotkey of your choice. After all this, you click one of the profile to choose it. This way, the hotkey of your choice will function as a switch that turns on/off autoblock.
Remember there is probably no direct way to know if you have autoblock on without checking the GUI. However if you are fighting it would be kinda obvious to see if you have it on.
