I'm thinking about just scrapping velocity completely, I've seen a few threads of velocity getting people banned? Not sure though.

Only vertical, poeple put velocity below 100 which “supposedly” gets you auto banned

This settings are fine, you will not be banned by watchdog/staff.

these are some of the safest settings i've seen on this forum.

hypixel anticheat is a joke. my closet settings have never been caught by watchdog or helpers.
autoaim: 10 vert speed, 10 horizontal speed
autoclicker: 12-15 left click, 9-14 right click
reach: 3.4-3.8
velocity: 60% horizontal 100% vert, 100% chance
nofall: pretty risky and blatant if a moderator spectates you, but, in my experience, they rarely ever spectate ban on skywars. tournaments and uhc are another story and would not recommend using it there.
