I use 9-16 cps, block hit.
Aim Assist 4.00 distance, 20 horizontal, click aim.
Scaffold.
What should I improve or change? Are these safe?

Perfectly fine settings, you'll bypass easily, you can also use low reach, but considering you have game sense, you dont need to.
