AimAssist [closet] Settings (main account, ~60 ping)

I'm looking for specifics on what values to use for AimAssist. From what I've seen in the posts I found, it doesn't look like AA flags, but I still don't want to look blatant either. Right now I am using this:

Click Aim
Aim while on target
Check block break
Aim Vertically
- Vertical Speed: 5
- Horizontal Speed: 5
- Max Angle: 90 (my FOV)
- Distance 4.5
Limit to items (sword)

Can I increase these values? Should I turn anything off?

You can do whatever you want as long as the horizontal and vertical values aren't above 50.
