can you use fake lag legit on main (39ms) without getting banned and if so what settings

I need some good backtrack settings, mainly for hypixel. When using "Lag based" and 0 to 70ms latency, I sometimes completely lag out in a way that I cannot do anything on the server and idrk whether the module is fucked or whether its my config

I get permannent banned for suspicious activity on my account on hypixel, will that have any connection to the use of vape? Am I being dedected and punished ?

I decided to inflate my bedwars stats but since the update it is almost impossible not to find a sweat or hardcheating party and the only way I think I can increase stats would be with configurations that become very bannable easily, but getting banned is obviously not an option, any ideas?
