Your ISP changed your IP address or you switched out some hardware which vape uses to create your HWID and it needs updating again.

sometimes your IP change and if it does you have to wait a certain amount of time before using vape again. Also HWID change if you switch between computers.

The hwid cooldown is 12 hours, meaning you can switch the computer it's used on every 12 hours.
