When I break a block in Hypixel bedwars it respawns sometimes, what setting can i use to fix this issue

This is a regular bug in minecraft, it has happened to me numerous times while playing legit. The best advice I could give you is just to use tools or something.

It’s a server issue you can’t fix it.
