yo man listen people suggest lower settings because the settings they want are settings that dont make it look like they are cheating. That reach is gonna look suspicious to some sweats so they want a safer level like 3.1-3.4 the velocity is fine tho. Nothing wrong with these and as you said you probably wont be banned if you just play casually.
