When you miss an attack, you'll get a slight click delay. It just removes it.

(In other words it's mostly a bugfix).

its basically 1.7 hitreg implemented into 1.8 but if u still dont understand let me break it down:

nohitclickdelay is essentially where say u dont have it enabled and u click at least 10 or more cps and arent hitting an entity. a certain percentage of those hits get delayed by 0.5s (1 mc tick i think) but with nohitclickdelay, that delay is basically removed.
in other words, it makes hitreg much more consistent
