what is the lowest delay legit scaffold i can use and still look legit

on a network level 300 main well known in bedwars comm
i don't use any combat cheats but what is the lowest delay legit scaffold i can use without people being able to tell i'm cheating?

also my next ban is a year so i'm trying to be extra safe. legit scaffold never staff bans right?

legit scaffold never bans. i usually use 60 - 90 but if you wanna look extra extra legit you can go higher. although, make sure you're actually shifting by yourself if you're building a staircase, otherwise legit scaffold becomes hella obvious
