What is the highest reach i can use on hypixel while not getting banned.

Hypixel unless in ranked skywars doesnt ban for reach (for the most part). NoCheatPlus cancels hits after 3.5 reach tho so I wouldn't go much over that.

I think they changed that to 4.2 in hypixel. Also, I think 3.6 is the max without getting banned by staff if they would ban.
