what is blockhit?

can anyone tell me what blockhit is , and if i can use on main on hypixel and minemen

you'll take less damage, and the opponent will take slightly more kb when you hit someone white block hitting. It's very situational as it kills your forward movement momentum, wrong block hit timing will gives you a disadvantages, so i suggest manually blockhitting yourself instead of using "auto". I mean you can use auto/predict, it's up to your preferences.
