what does blockhit do (vapelite)

so i just bought vape lite for hypixel (would buy v4 but i only had 10 dollars on my card)
and i turned blockhit on in the autoclicker and it's not automatically blockhitting so what does it do?

You have to right click to blockhit while autoclicking
