what does blockhit do (in the autoclicker)

so i just bought vape lite for hypixel (would buy v4 but i only had 10 dollars on my card)
and i turned blockhit on in the autoclicker and it's not automatically blockhitting so what does it do?

It will blockhit if you hold on left and right buttons.

It will block hit anywhere or only to players? Cause I usually hold both buttons while I am in the iron gen and it doesnt block hit (I have got right auto clicker as well does it make any difference?)

It will blockhit automatically if you are holding the left and right clicks.
