It makes modules such as AimAssist and Killaura ignoring bots, it's in the blatant tab because it's more likely used by blatant cheaters.
I only use autoclick, reach & velocity, does antibot affect these modules and should I have it enabled?

You don't need it.
This is probably a dumb question, but I'm only asking since it's among the blatant modules, even if I don't need it, would it be bad/detectable in any way if I did have it enabled? Since I've noticed when nametags is enabled antibot prevents bot nametags from being displayed which is quite nice.

No it is not dangerous nor detectable. In fact , it is very helpful and makes some other modules less obvious. It prevents you from using aimassist/killaura and some other features on bots (in some servers like hypixel the anticheat is a bot that flies near you) and it only allows u to use those modules on players.

AntiBot hides the existing bots within your lobby so that your aimassist or killaura doesn't lock on to them, it's typically only NEEDED by blatant cheaters, but it is in no way detectable, if you'd prefer to have it on or off, it really makes no difference if you're only using modules like reach and AC.
