no just lite it's 0-100 instead of 0-10 also you can type in custom values on the new gui if you like to go higher

yes you could use like 300 if you really wanted

yes and no, you can set your reach higher than 6.0 but it wont do anything, but you can set it lower for example 2.5-2.5 and you will only have 2.5 blocks of reach
