It happens sometime just restart your client it should be fine

it's true that lunar isn't officially supported and some modules may not even work but it's not like you can't even use vape on lunar. I'd say use other clients besides lunar, Labymod is working great for me as of now.

Lunar Client is preventing players from injecting VAPE into Lunar Client. If you want to vape into Lunar Client, you can't use the forge version. There are conflicting components in the Lunar client. It may be the anti-injection component of Lunar Client.
You can choose the OptiFine version of Lunar Client
