I think he means it doesn't work on hypixel. I also think there is nothing that can be done to fix it.
There is no way we can bypass their patch to disable it, unfortunately. However, the way they implement it is very resource demanding, and maybe they'll eventually remove it to scale better. I remember on HCF when servers tried using OreObfuscator it would severely limit the amount of players that any one server could hold just because of how demanding it was for the server to dynamically generate all those ores and slowly remove them piece by piece for each player as they mine.
