Yeah, they update it regularly.
We update V3 when we have new features to add, or when new changes are ready. Internally, our development chat is constantly active, my Discord never stops getting notifications from it lol. We have a very high standard for what makes it into the client -- we have a lot of users, so we can't half ass anything. If we were to toss in a half-baked feature, it could result in thousands of players getting banned from their favorite servers. Before anything makes it's way into the client, it has to be heavily QA tested and we have to make sure that it bypasses anti-cheats well. It's a lengthy process so that's why you don't see weekly updates for Vape V3.
To answer your question, OP -- yes, Vape V3 is still actively being worked on and improved.

Private due to people will report it and get it false banned by discord. Pretty much every client has their own private discord among their staffs.
It's not even a Discord lol, it's just a Discord group chat with all our staff in it. It's pretty dry, it's mostly the developers nerding out talking about alternate intelligence and making jokes about incorporating TensorFlow into Vape, lol (this is a joke we will not be adding machine learning algorithms to Vape). If we were to have a public discord it'd just get reported and it'd be a mess. We used to have a public discord, but obviously it got shut down after they figured out we were a cheats company lol.
