Update the blink (Vape V4)

I dont know if that would make blink way easier to detect / instant ban, if so tell me but adding an option to take the kb dealt while you were blinking after you toggle the blink off instead of taking it while you are still blinking.

I've tried it on other clients and it doesn't ban you. The option is called there: Stack Velocity.

Blink isn't detectable as long as you choke all packets and not movement only.
