toggle button of vape lite ingame gui

Not quite sure what you mean by this, but if you want to bind Vape Lite's ingame GUI module to a key you'd do it the same way you bind any other module. Hold LSHIFT and click the module, then press the button on your keyboard you'd like to bind the module to. Then, go ingame and press that key. It should open up the GUI for you.
If you're asking how to exit the Vape Lite ingame GUI, just press escape. You can also unbind the ingame GUI module by holding LSHIFT and double-clicking on the module in the external GUI.
