Your settings are actually perfect because you also have beanernet on with 5 block reach that makes you just look laggy. As you didn't also notice, moderators have no detection method to check reach, it was confirmed by a moderator named Shrekster LOL. You won't get banned with the settings if you turn off hitbox because mods can somehow detect that. Other than that, it's safe.
