Suggestions on what to use

Hypixel, on "main" (kinda cuz mvp++)
I would like to stay as safe as possible(more like stay unbanned for longer), so which of these is better (I play on 30ping):

3.15 100% reach
or
50-50 backtrack [lagbased] & 3 - 90ms fake lag [dynamic]

I know some would say its semi-blatant. I just wanted to see what do everyone think which one is better

Ima be real if you get 30 ms you should stick to the classic closet stuff like aimassist & autoclicker, maybe jump reset velocity if you want. You already have an advantage with that ping.

Don't use backtrack it'll make your experience shittier

For me really not much, I can take it, just wan tot know which is safer and have less chance of being banned
