Slow PC via Vape V4

Good morning, I recently purchased a Vape V4 for my computer. Everything works fine and I'm a happy customer, but when I plan to play another game like Apex Legends, the frames drop from 190 to 70-80 FPS. Can anyone tell me what causes this?
