Reach: 3.1 - 3.2 / disable in water / only while sprinting
Velocity: 90h 100c 100v / only while targeting
Autoclicker: 12 - 16 / break blocks / randomization
aim assist is your preference

I use these settings in gold and diamond division. Once you get to masters I would turn down the velocity to 95h and the reach to 3.0 - 3.1
