Setting the load profile

Is it possible to set other profile than first of them to main profile? (Main profile means that it load when vape loads)

I think he means when injecting Vape to auto select a specific profile from the list. If I do what you say there it doesn't matter if I click sync settings on the last profile I have, when injecting I'll return to first profile.
