Quite Fishy

So on Hypixel I've been using Vape free look for quite a while but when I loaded it today I notice that while in freelook it almost kinda acts like a free cam where ill be facing forward but if I point my cursor at a block while not looking at it, it'll still break the block so I was wondering if this looks like cheats on the servers side or if on the servers side I'm actually facing that block and if I were to be facing that block then would running at max speed forward while turned around seem like blatant cheating? because I know it sure would soo I just kinda wanna know before I use it more often.. or has this always been a thing and I'm just too dumb to just now notice it?

this has happened to me on a client "Meteor Client", it only works if the block is within 4.5 blocks from you.
