Paladin detects shift+deleted files, but it doesn't if it's a legit.exe like Steam.exe, Spotify.exe etc...

It would be better to name your vape to something else, like Steam.exe, Spotify.exe, etc.
Afterwards, just drag the actual .exe and replace the disguised vape. This will replace the application without settings off any shift+delete logs from ss tools.
(Make sure you self-destruct before this, obviously)
Also, if you're using Vape V3, chances are, you'll be detectable either way
