Purchase on Vape V4

Hi, i have just today purchased Vape V4 with paypal and i havent gotten the cheat. It says to wait max. 24h to get it since the payment is "ON HOLD", witch is not true since on my paypal account it says that its completed. How can i get it, since this seems like its made so i cant refund if the cheat is not functioning or i dont like the features and how they preform... Thanks for your help!

Go to the vape.gg site, go to download and it should say "download" on the v4 section (This means the purchase went through). If not, contact support.

and i bought it with paypal. The payment went through. BTW, im on their discord and i contacted support. I hope its not like novoline where you wait 3h for a response!
