what are some fairly blatant settings for hunting people in pit (on my main?)

only to toggle on rarely

keep sprint you can toggle but it flags, legit aura (risky), 1.07 timer (also risky) thats all I know but keepsprint is the best if you dont want to be banned.

okay, and what kind of values of reach/velocity could i use?

3.5 could work if you toggled but most likely use 3.3, for velocity closet would be 75%-85% blatant could be 30%-60%

Im using 360 ka with autoblock , keepsprint , 1.06 timer and 0 0 100 velocity on pit/mw(im toggling this settings on hoppers/blatant cheaters in pit/mega walls on my main and also using this config on alts almost every day for 1 - 2 months for now
