With "pendrive," you probably mean a USB drive which could leave traces but if you follow this guide, you should be fine : ) https://forums.vape.gg/index.php?threads/the-best-bypass-method-2k23-bypass-any-ss.43529. Just make sure that you do not suddenly unplug your USB when they screenshare you, as this will look quite sus.
And Vape Lite should work with 1.8.9 Lunar Client, but I would recommend you instead use Forge because it's more stable and doesn't have necessary bloatware, unlike Lunar's cosmetics.
