Your ban isn't from your settings.

Might be from one of your mods that isn't allowed on hypixel.

That’s actually a bannable mod. Anything that shows you the stats of someone in game especially if it’s over their head can lead to a ban. It happened a few years back when sk1er released a mod that showed the “threat level” of skywars players.

%chance velocity has been known to watchdog ban in the past. IIRC, Watchdog detects chance and vertical velocity, but not horizontal. That 90% chance was most likely the setting that got you banned.
