Need settings for 230-240ms

I just got vape v4 and don’t know what settings are completely safe, I have a lvl 170 acc on hypixel and I do not want to be banned on it.
thanks if u can help. I will also wanna cheat on a practice server where I get 30ms so idk if the settings should be the same for that. Cheers
