Need help with hwid.exe in explorer

This is the string I can't clear from computer http://prntscr.com/i52ejb.I go in process hacker uncheck "hide free regions" , set minimun lenght to 4, check image and mapped and that comes up.I've used CCleaner , Rwipe & Clean , deleted it from prefetch , restarted explorer and its still there .This is from vape v3 . HELP

I did that milion times and nothing changes btw I downloaded it in incognito mode maybe thats problem?

Delete the file in the downloads folder, run ccleaner (check everything), restart explorer via Task manager, open temp, clear it, open %temp%, clear it and then restart explorer again.

Its not in my downloads folder it just says it is idk why and I already did all of this .
