Configs from Merryzz's guide and modified a bit, you can modify it as you feel it too, like for delays, chance, accuracy.

"Click Aim, Aim while on target, Strafe increase" ENABLED
AutoClicker
17.7-19.4 CPS
Randomization - Extra+
"Hold to Click, Inventory fill" ENABLED
Velocity - JumpReset
Chance 70%
Accuracy 40-85 (about anything should do the job)
Only when targeting ENABLED
BackTrack - Lag Based
Latency 50-50 or 100-100 (if you're under 50ms, use 50-50, otherwise 100-100)
HitSelect - Active
Chance %100
Refill
Delay 30-50 (make it like as you feel it, I made this randomly tbh)

I'm sure that breaking blocks is not very important in NoDebuff, so OP probably shouldn't enable these settings in AimAssist and AutoClicker
If you aim too low /shrug
But yea didn't think about removing those, but either enabled or disabled it doesn't matter
I sometimes forget to disable them and it fucks up my AutoClicker when my enemy has their back to a border

does this actually work in ranked though for high elo fights or did you just use it in unranked

I didn't use it, but technically a config is a config, if there's parts you don't like just modify them
if ur winning against some randoms in unranked but losing hvhs in unranked thats a pretty big difference
