Also should I stick with Lunar Client (1.8) with Delay Remover or use Forge 1.7.10?

If you are going to use delay remover use only on 1.8
for mmc try 11-16 AC reach 3.1-3.2 disable on water, but only use reach if you have high ping,you can get banned if you have 70 ms
for lunar 10.5-14.5 AC reach 3.0-3.15 only while sprinting and disable on water
Velocity Off on both servers

I got a ranked account on mmc and I've had it for quite a while and I've been using ac 10-14 and reach 3.0-3.13 and velocity 97H 100V 100C

also there staff are braindead and ban anyone

wtf any reach will get you banned on mmc unless u have 300 ms or something.
My mmc settings
Reach: OFF
AC: 9-15 but it prob wont bypass mmc well, use ppclicker instead
AimAssist 4.5 H / 0 V / 100 ANG / 4.5 RANGE
Velo: OFF
