Vape V3 or Vape Lite?
I use Vape V3 on MMC, not Vape Lite (As long as you don't look blatant, you won't get screenshared)
Autoclicker: 8-13 CPS
AimAssist: Don't go higher than 9 horizontal, and don't go higher than 6 vertical.
Reach is somewhat bypassable (3.0-3.05 works), but because you want to be "legit" I suggest not using reach.
Velocity is highly detectable, so don't use it.

They're pretty much the same thing except for AimAssist, so:
Autoclicker: 8-13 CPS (If you want to change this, don't go higher than 14 CPS)
AimAssist: Don't go higher than 90 horizontal, and don't go higher than 40 vertical.
Reach is somewhat bypassable (3.0-3.05 works)
Don't use Velocity
