4 Block reach, 0H velocity, 15-20 ac, max aa vertical. If you are on v4 you can use 1.5 timer but toggle or you will be limboed, safe walk,

use 3.7 reach and 1.07 timer and you will actually bypass watchdog, although not staff for too long
