Suggestion Description: Make it so you need either active member title or a linked vape account in order to post images / links so people like skateboardings can't come on alts and post obscene content.

This could prevent actual people from asking for help and reporting in the bug report thread, I think imgur would bypass this too but it could be a more useful addition to just get an obscenity filter akin to Discord's.

People reporting bugs would have a vape account, so they could just link it and they could post images.
