Hypixel doesn't detect horizontal velocity changes but they can detect vertical velocity and chance. so:

horizontal 0
vertical 100
% chance 100

just keep 100%vertical velocity or you get watchdog ban.you can set 80-85% horizontal velocity,95% chance.it's not blatant and wont get watchdog ban.

on better blatnat client like astolfo its 0 0 100 possible when you got pingy and anticheat not updated

but vape v4 is 80 100 100 is the safest lowest lower than this AT YOUR OWN RISK depends on pings
