Could get you staff banned but it shouldn't anticheat ban, I have used it many times a lot for hours combined with killaura and such.

Keepsprint does not give you a big advantage but it looks very blatant. I would not use it on your main. I use this on my main:
Aimassist: 4.5 vertical
Reach: 3.0-3.1
ESP: any
Don't use hitboxes. It bans on any settings.
