Issue with configs not saving

So I've been having and issue with my configs saving. I create a config, use it a while, make sure I press save, but when I come back it's gone. does anyone know how I can save and make sure my configs are saved?

It depends what GUI you are on.
If it's the new GUI, click on the circle arrows to sync settings, otherwise click on "Sync Settings" if you use the old one.
