Is there any way to make health tags work on Lunar?

Health tags on 1.8.9 Lunar doesn’t work - health tags are stuck at 0.5. I understand that Vape isn’t meant for Lunar but I’ve seen people use health tags and it works. Does anyone know any ways for it to work?

how is this hard to understand, LUNAR VISUALS ARE MESSING IT UP IT DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CLIENT you would have to mess with every LUNAR setting until it works which would take forever
