Is it just me or is hypixel laggy?

up until a few weeks ago hypixel was perfectly fine i was getting 20 - 40ms and now i get 100-300 and i dont mind that much ping but hypixel is now unplayable the other players are skipping around and it is impossible to hit them

Whenever I'm playing with friends in a discord vc we always seem to lag at the same time, so it's probably Hypixel being laggy
