No, however if you use a relatively high aimassist a staff could spectate you and ban you.

They can enter your visualization to see exactly how you move the mouse.

Mathew says that it is undetectable but you will not see a single video or meet a person who uses AimAssist in mmc, it practically always ends in ban ( Lunar no have good anticheats )
