i want to buy vape client using Venmo but currently do not have a way to connect a bank, i have a Venmo balance but no connected credit cards, debit cards, or bank. and i cannot connect those. i have a balance of 25 dollars which is enough for the summer sale. can someone please tell me if there is a way to use my Venmo balance gifted from a friend without having to connect a bank, credit or debit card.

I've been in a similar spot. To use your Venmo balance for a vape purchase, you usually need a linked bank account or card. If that's not an option, try looking for local vape shops that accept Venmo in person. You can also Buy Vapes Bulk here. It can be more flexible. I hope you find a solution! Good luck with that.
